Notice to Market for 2025–26 is released today with provisions that will further benefit consumers and support the uptake of products and systems that are fit-for-purpose and future ready.

From 1 July, households that choose an eligible hot water system made in Australia will receive a higher rebate of $1,400. The $1,000 rebate is still available for customers that choose to install other hot water systems.

Through solar battery rebates and loans, more than 20,000 solar battery systems have been installed across Victoria.
