Make a complaint
If you have an active application with us to assess your eligibility for the Solar Homes Program or to apply for a rebate, we will be in touch with you as soon as it is assessed.
Application processing timeframes can vary and may take longer than usual if an application is incomplete and additional documentation is required to complete the assessment process.
If you would still like to go ahead with making a formal complaint, this can be done in a number of ways.
