Based on retailer feedback we have made some updates to the Solar Victoria Retailer Portal to better improve functionality. Updates to the portal include:

• enhanced dashboard and notification alerts
• visibility of Under Review and Cancelled applications
• product search and display options.

These improvements were implemented on 20 May 2025. To help you understand these updates, we hosted a drop-in session.

WorkSafe Victoria and Energy Safe Victoria explain workplace safety and technical installation requirements for installations undertaken through the Solar for Apartments program.

Solar PV installations in apartments, units and townhouses can present greater workplace safety risks and require a higher level of design and research into installation requirements than standard solar installations.
