Register as an approved Solar Retailer on the Solar Victoria Portal

The Solar Victoria Portal (SVP) provides the capability for solar retailers to be paid for the rebate/loan amounts that must be passed through to eligible customers.

If you have been identified as a supplier under the existing program, you will be sent an invitation to register. 

You will be required to register in the SVP before 1 July to continue as a supplier under the program.

Registering on the portal is one step towards using the system. You will also be aware that Solar Victoria has made it a requirement of the program that retailers must be a signatory of the Clean Energy Council (CEC) Retailer Code of Conduct and you should start this process as soon as possible. 

The schedule for registrations and to sign up to the CEC Retailer Code of Conduct is:

Register on Portal From 9 May 2019
Complete CEC Retailer Code of Conduct process for top 150 retailers 1 July 2019
Complete CEC retailer Code of Conduct process for all others 1 November 2019

We will be presenting at other CEC events and industry events and will be also rolling out our own training and information sessions for installers and retailers across the state to explain the new system.
