Effective 1 December, Kate Barnes will step into a new senior executive role, reporting to the CEO to lead the new Customer, Programs and Digital (CPD) Division.
Kate has been with Solar Victoria since 2019, initially as Director of Customer Experience and then as our Executive Director, Customer and Digital Experience.
Solar Victoria CEO Stan Krpan said: “Kate is an established leader and champions both customers and a positive, engaged workforce. We are thrilled she will continue to lead a customer-focused culture in this bigger capacity as she takes on responsibility for the successful end-to-end program development and service delivery of the Solar Homes Program.”
Kate will work closely with Stan Krpan and across Solar Victoria’s Senior Leadership Team. Kate says she is fully committed to further championing customers and ensuring an optimal experience across all programs.
“I’m thrilled to have this opportunity to lead the new division to maximise the impact of the Solar Homes Program for our customers and industry, through co-designing, refining and delivering new and existing programs.
“The new division will bring closer together connections and workflows between our program management, digital and operational delivery and stakeholder management arms, resulting in important program outcomes, greater efficiencies and improved service delivery,” Kate said.
The new CPD Division is at the centre of Solar Victoria’s customer experience and program delivery. It operates Solar Victoria's integral customer relationship management and bespoke system architecture.
The CPD Division will also lead Solar Victoria’s suite of initiatives designed to support industry, including oversight of renewable technologies, training and workforce programs and stakeholder engagement for the organisation.
