If you have an active application with us to assess your eligibility for the Solar Homes Program or to apply for a rebate we will be in touch with you as soon as it is assessed. 

Application processing timeframes can vary and may take longer than usual if an application is incomplete and additional documentation is required to complete the assessment process.

Non-English speakers

TIS National's immediate phone interpreting service is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year by calling 131 450.

The interpreting service is available at no cost to any individual or organisation in Australia, enabling non-English speakers to independently access services and information over the phone.
