Solar for rentals

Solar panel rebates and interest-free loans will remain at their current value until 30 June 2021, before the rebate reduces to $1,400.

Both landlords and renters benefit with a solar panel rebate of up to $1,850 for a rental property, plus the option for an interest-free loan, when you apply before 30 June 2021.*

Landlords can save up to $1,850 on a solar panel rebate for a rental property when applying before 30 June 2021.  

From 1 July 2021, the rebate value is changing to $1,400 – so apply today. 

To further reduce costs, landlords can also apply for an interest-free loan, currently up to $1,850 until 30 June 2021, with the option for tenant co-contribution.*
